Dear Pupuke parents

Some reminder notes about monthly fees:

 Fees are due on the 1st of the month (prior to the month being paid for). The invoices are put into your pocket two weeks before the 1st of the month.
If you consistently pay late you may incur at 10% penalty.
 PLEASE pay the amount owing at the bottom of the invoice. It does vary from month to month because of billing periods, extra days, late fees etc and it is very difficult to keep track of payments accurately if you pay ‘what you think you owe’. We DON’T accept part payments.
 Also a reminder about late pickup charges. $6.00 per hour (or part hour) for any time outside enrolled hours. E.g. Before 9am and after 3pm. $2.00 per minute after 5.30pm.
 DON’T pay by cash or cheque please. We would like parents to pay by EFTPOS OR INTERNET PAYMENTS. Our account number is at the bottom of your invoice.
We have 2 accounts for payments: Tuis and Pukekos.
Please ensure you pay your fees into the correct account.



Finally a big thank you to the parents who ALWAYS pay on time and the right amount! Thank you so much it makes our lives so much easier.
