Dear Pupuke Parents
Don't forget our Children's Christmas party on Friday 17th of December. We will be holding this at the Milford Beach park and reserve. This happens to be the same afternoon as "Families in the Parks" and the evening will be Carols by Candlelight but I have discussed these events with the council sports and events facilitator and we think it should not prove to be a problem.
The bbque will start at 6.00 pm and will go as long as families want to stay with their children. We will have Santa (of course) and a small present for each child will be provided as well as some sausages and salads and drinks for the children. We will also have Popcorn the Clown in attendance and the usual balloons and face painting. If you would like your own food other than what we are providing we suggest you bring your own picnic blanket and refreshments and come and enjoy the evening with us. Adults will need to bring their own drinks.
It should be a great evening and we look forward to seeing all our families there. No need to RSVP as we will do a rough estimate of who will be coming and provide accordingly.
Christmas break up
Our last day for the year is Friday 24th of December when we break up at 3.00 pm! The centre opens again on Monday 17th January 2011 at 7.30 am. Although there are no fees payable for this 3 week period we would appreciate you settling your account before 24th of December for both December and January. As both months will be smaller accounts than usual this should not prove to be too much of a financial disruption for you.
