Some Tips About Your Fees

* Fees are due on the 1st of each month, in advance, for the following months charges. Please make sure that you make ONE payment for the FULL amount of the invoice and not part payments. If you are consistently late with fees a 10% penalty will incur.
* Please ensure you pay by eftpos or direct credit only. NOT CASH OR CHEQUES. This creates a banking problem for us as well as a concern for safety as we would prefer not to hold any cash/cheques on the premises.
* Fees can be paid to either - Rhonda, Shona, Helen, Mel or Saira-Jane. There is always one of these people in the Centre at the beginning or end of the day so please approach them with your payments.
* Please remember fees are still paid on public holidays. The only time fees are not payable are at Christmas when the Centre closes for approximately three weeks.
* Any changes to hours must be done with an amendment form being completed and two weeks notice given.
